Creating a Healthy Lifestyle

I am trying to be a healthier me! I have had major stomach issues and I need to lose about 40 pounds so I decided to start weight watchers back. I have done it several times and truly have great success when I follow it correctly. I have the app which I love to be able to scan somethings you don’t realize how bad they are until you add them in your calculator. My daughter introduced me to the Larabars they are great and I love them but they are 9 points😳 never would I have thought that.


The mornings are hard for me I am a grab and go person. I have been doing the primer shakes with my coffee and I love that. It taste like something you would get from starbucks. Lunch is pretty much eat on the go. Dinner I have a little more time for. It is great if I can put something in the crockpot and it is ready when we get home.


I have not figured out how many on the free fruits is ideal for me. I have heard some did not do as well because they had too many of the free items, I am trying to watch that. If any of you are doing the WW send me some of the tips that have worked for you and some of your meal ideas.


One of our favorite dinner meals is Chicken Tacos it is simple and easy. I put 3 to 4 chicken breast in my crockpot with low sodium taco seasoning and a ½ of jar of salsa. Let that cook on low all day. Serve on low carb wraps with low fat cheese, lettuce, tomato and jalapeños it is also great without the wrap.
